Part-Time hours – 9am-1pm Monday – Friday
DASH are currently recruiting for an Receptionist/Office Administrator to ensure the smooth day to day running of the office including reception and administrative support.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) and other secretarial duties including word processing; letter writing;
- Generate invoices and issue statements to clients
- Generate reports to support senior management
- Assist colleagues where necessary
- Previous experience in a reception/administration position
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative with good judgement and discretion
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to plan and prioritise work
- Highly organized and flexible within the role and duties
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Computer literate.
