Receptionist/Administrator

Part-Time hours – 9am-1pm Monday – Friday

Salary: DOE

DASH are currently recruiting for an Receptionist/Office Administrator to ensure the smooth day to day running of the office including reception and administrative support.

Duties:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) and other secretarial duties including word processing; letter writing;
  • Generate invoices and issue statements to clients
  • Generate reports to support senior management
  • Assist colleagues where necessary

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a reception/administration position
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative with good judgement and discretion
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to plan and prioritise work
  • Highly organized and flexible within the role and duties
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles
  • Computer literate.
